Bats
  • Bats do not make their own access points into attics or other areas of homes. They will use pre-existing entry points/openings.

  • Proper eviction measures include closing access points with silicone, foam or other sealants. Then installing bat exclusion devices to let the bats out but not allow them to return inside the structure(s).

  • Bats can carry rabies, white nose syndrome, and other diseases/health conditions. They're also responsible for multiple zoonotic diseases which have been transmitted to humans/pets.

  • Their droppings (guano) is known to be harmful to humans and can cause respiratory issues.
